HELPING Barry B. Grossman PHD, MBA ORGANIZATION CONSULTANT Preparing managers, teams and business
I partner with you to identify the questions you are trying to answer and the needs you are trying to meet. Early on, the emphasis will be on understanding with confidence. That is, confirming what needs to be addressed by using both information in hand and gathering whatever additional information is required to move forward with assurance. Once there is agreement about the current situation, I work with you and other stakeholders to design action alternatives. These are specific sets of activities that will address the needs identified. After an action plan is selected, timelines agreed to and roles established, we work together to carry out and monitor the plan. Along the way, its critical for clients to understand how project work is proceeding, the implications for them as leaders and managers and what they can expect to happen as coming activities are anticipated and previewed. Since all actions have benchmark indicating success, evaluation of efforts is on-going. By the conclusion of the project, improvements have been incorporated and outcomes evident. Evaluating impact at the end of the project and how results address original project needs are key components in concluding project activities. Barry B. Grossman, PHD, MBA
